One day before her death, Shannen Doherty finalized her divorce from ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko, according to reports.
The late actress, who died Saturday following her nearly decadelong battle with cancer, filed a petition Friday to dissolve the former couple's marriage, per People magazine and E! News. The filing noted that the divorce was a "default or uncontested dissolution" for both Doherty and Iswarienko.
Doherty and her ex-spouse also "entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support," the outlets reported.
The agreement reportedly waived the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star's right to spousal support from Iswarienko, as well as requested to terminate Doherty’s spousal support of the photographer.

The dissolution of Doherty's marriage to Iswarienko comes a year after the actress filed for divorce. The couple was married for 11 years.
Shannen Doherty says there was 'no other option' in Kurt Iswarienko divorce
Doherty filed for divorce from Iswarienko in April 2023, a representative for the actress confirmed to USA TODAY at the time.
"Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted," representative Leslie Sloane said in a statement. "Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option."
Doherty later took to Instagram, sharing a post that read: "The only people who deserve to be in your life are the ones who treat you with love, kindness and total respect."
Doherty was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015 and revealed to USA TODAY in August 2016 that it had spread to her lymph nodes. After undergoing a single mastectomy that year, she completed radiation and chemotherapy treatments in February 2017; she announced she had a recurrence three years later.
Amid their divorce battle, Doherty reportedly claimed Iswarienko was delaying the process for her to receive spousal support by not providing the "Heathers" star with financial information regarding Iswarienko’s photography work.
"It is simply not right that Kurt be permitted to prolong our divorce in hopes that I die before he is required to pay me while he continues to live his life and shirk his responsibilities to his dying wife of more than 11 years," Doherty alleged in court documents, per People and E!

Iswarienko's attorney denied Doherty's claim at the time, asserting that the actress’s ex had offered her a settlement deal in October 2023, which she allegedly declined.
